  • Played triple 'A' hockey up to midget in Sault Ste. Marie

Philosophy: Proper skating technique, balance and agility are necessary ingredients to become competitive and excel in all skating sports. Power will be enhanced once these ingredients are grasped. All too often skating technique is the least practiced skill for those who play hockey/ringette. When considering figure skating and speed skating, these are the primary ingredients practiced.
